Koi Records is a DIY-Indie-Punk-Hardcore-Metal-Experimental & all the Good Stuff In-Between Record Label!
Koi Records is based out of Houston, Texas and was founded in 2005 by Mark and Rebecca Jessup. Their personal eclectic music tastes and love of vinyl inspired them to start the label so they could put out collectable vinyl releases by artists from a variety of different genres. Today, no longer confined to just vinyl, the label’s ever expanding roster includes artists from the alternative music scenes of more than 10 different countries, with music ranging from melodic folk rock and experimental noise to Oi!, punk and hardcore. In the company’s own words; “our records sell out, but we never will!”
